ROSCÓN WITH CREAM
Our Roscón take three days to make, with liquid and solid sourdough, slow fermentations and using top quality raw materials (Certified flours without additives, artisan butter, milk, free - range eggs, orange blossom water, sugar, salt, grated orange and lemon zest). The fermentation and rising of the dough takes place at optimal temperatures. Once inside the oven we see how all the love we have put into each of our roscones comes true, reaching the characteristic golden color and perfect texture.
Small Weight: 400gr 4 - 6 servings.
Big Weight: 800gr 10 - 12 servings.
